I'm sorry you had to ...Wow- that is incredible. I'm sorry you had to deal with that- but I agree, write letters to everyone and anyone who will listen. And in our local paper- someone actually wrote a "Letter to the Editor" about horrible customer service at a local business and it generated a LOT of negative feedback for the business- it was something they did to lots of customers, but again being the only shop of its kind in town got away with it.
