GARLIC LIME SAUCE for FISH
8 ounces sour cream
2 small limes
2 teaspoons minced garlic, Jar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
In a small food processor blend together all ingredients until smooth.
Warm in small sauce pan heat until just warm. DO NOT BOIL - it will curdle!
