Menu Plan Monday

Weekday breakfasts are always either toast, scrambled eggs or cereal so I don't post those. Working from home, lunch is "whatever" so it isn't definitive either, but weekends are usually a brunch and I will start posting those along with the dinners.

Monday ~ Lemon Lime Pepper Chicken
Tuesday ~ CORN (clean out refrigerator night)
Wednesday ~ Chicken Chili
Thursday ~ Tuna Melts
Friday ~ Recipe re-work experiment night
Saturday ~ Buttermilk Cinnamon Pancakes & Carnitas ~ Traditional Style & Refried Beans
Sunday ~ S.O.S.aka S@#$ on a Shingle & Sweet & Sour Carmelized Chicken

I have been craving chili lately. Have you ever tried Barbara's? It rocks! I have never tried a chicken chili (which is odd, as I love it!). Hmmmm. Decisions, decisions. Of course, Jeff would just say to make them both. :)

Cheers, great menu!

"S" on a Shingle...I haven't had this in AGES! In fact, I don't think my kids have EVER had it. I'll have to remedy that and fix this oldie but goodie very soon!
Thanks for the reminder!
