No Cabin Fever Here

After yesterday's new layer of snow we just had to get out of here for awhile. One of the things that we encountered was less snow the further away we drove and during our drive we encountered a family of eagles. They were pretty accommodating while I took a few pictures.

Those eagles are so cool. We were out for a drive once and an eagle took off from the road, right in front of the vehicle in front of us. The eagle must have been enjoying a little road kill luncheon. Anyway, it was pretty impressive to see his wingspan visible on both sides of the vehicle in front of us. Amazing birds!

Lovely photos of the eagles, Tamy.
We really enjoy the glimpses of wildlife we see here, too, including the eagles. When you get to see them up close, that's really special.
