Hmmm. Interesting quote, huh! I really do not like to cook but I did get my man through my cooking.. That was then, he,he,he. Now he cooks for me.

I'd like this quote a lot better if he had left out the beautiful part. He's always sort of chauvinistic, that's probably why that bothers me.

You know, I agree with this. That doesn't mean we *have* to cook each and every meal. To me it means that making a special meal can be a gift. I love how these quotes can be different for so many people!

Early in our marriage, I loved to cook, and did ... very elaborate meals. Now, with a little one underfoot, I feel I am lucky to get something, anything on the table. The rare chance I get to make something special, I get so excited about.

Barbara, you know until you pointed that out, my mind read it as what she was doing is what made her beautiful. I guess Kiy is so right about perceptions.
