These days you can get vinegars in a multitude of flavors. Each new flavor opens the door for more and more possibilities. We love this recipe when we're craving a tropical edge.
1/3 cup peanut oil
3 tablespoons pineapple vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 green onion, minced
- Mix together well.
- Chill overnight.
