BUTTERFINGER COOKIES

BUTTERFINGER COOKIES
Ritz Crackers
Creamy Peanut Butter
Almond Bark
Sprinkles
  • Spread a thick layer of Peanut Butter on a Ritz Cracker
  • Top with another Ritz Cracker
  • Continue until you have the desired amount of cookie sandwiches
  • Melt Almond Bark in stages as necessary (it will cool fairly quickly)
  • Dip each cookie with a small pair of tongs into almond bark and coat well
  • Gently lay each 'cookie' on a wax paper sheet
  • While chocolate is still 'wet', top with sprinkles
  • Allow to harden
  • Store in an airtight container
  • Enjoy - they taste just like Butterfinger candy bars

We always made Ritz PB sandwiches when I was a kid, but we never thought to dip them in chocolate. To think, all those years ago we could have been making Butterfingers. Oh, if we had only known.

My dad is butterfinger crazed..I remember as a kid he would buy 3 at the store and eat 2 before we got home! I'm going to make these for him!

What a great recipe! I'm so excited to see this. I used to eat Ritz and peanut butter as a kid too. Little did I know they could have been turned into butterfingers. I'm looking forward to making these - thanks!

What a great no bake recipe! This one is on my list of to tries. We are hosting an event next weekend so this will be a perfect time to make them. Thanks so much for the recipe.
