Chicken Canneloni at Zio's. I'm learning to duplicate it, though.

Or, my mom's home-made from scratch chicken and dumplings. No one can make them better than she does!

When I was a kid, my mom made a dish called 'Creamed Chicken' with cream of chicken soup. I have to remember to get the recipe from her one of these days - I absolutely loved it! :)

It's a really simple dish. Diced chicken breast with sauteed onions & green peppers over yellow rice.

I love chicken stir fry or my mother-in-laws recipe where she lightly coats boneless breasts (pounded really thin) with mayonnaise and puts cereal on top to crisp and bake in the oven.

Simple marinated teriyaki chicken. We soak it in Mr Yoshida's gourmet sauce and bake, saute or grill it. Yum!
