BUTTERMILK BREAD
1 1/2 pound loaf
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons buttermilk1 1/2 pound loaf
3 1/4 cups unbleached flour
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons butter, cut into chunks
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
