whoa! that's way too deep of a question for aloha friday =)

seriously, what comes to mind immediately is to learn from the life lessons that come your way each and every day. from these lessons comes wisdom (hopefully) and with wisdom comes peace.

excercise, not only your body, but also your heart through love and laughter. love and laughter always keep us young at heart.

Part of growing older graciously and gracefully I think has to do with the condition of the heart.. If you are an angry bitter person.. it affects you not only internally but also produces lines in your face.. Happiness, and faith in the Lord will only add to the gracefulness of age :)

By staying young, active and involved. Old is a state of mind, what age is old? There is no definition, just described differently by each person. Good question! Stop by my Aloha Friday for a Halloween question, no candy needed!

I believe that one must always be a kid at heart. If you do not have fun and enjoy life (even when things are stressful)then you are not living life to the fullest.

I hope I can learn the same thing.
I will try not to become synical, and bitter, and will strive to teach my children where true happiness comes from.

I'm not exactly sure, as I'm still learning. But, I imagine it's a little bit of a lot of little things. :)

Happy Aloha friday!

We have a saying in Spanish...en boca cerrada no entra mosca...OR a fly doesn't enter a closed mouth...meaning...sometimes it is smarter to be quiet.

Happy Aloha Fri!
