Great refresher or "cheat" sheet! Can't tell you how many times I use my own sheet with some of these, when I'm trying to cut a recipe down to single serving size (especially when its a lets try and see if we like it).
Going to cut this one out - has even more than mine! Love it - Thanks
Some I knew some I didn't. This is getting printed and going on my fridge :-)
no way!! a pinch is only less that 1/8 tsp???
NOT an italian pinch Tam!
great list!
What if I just promise not to cook? I did finally get a new stove.
Finally have a TT up and running.

Thanks for the list reminder. I always forget the unsweetened Chocolate one.
Happy T13!
I don't measure anything...I just pour or pinch.
Great idea for a list. My 13 is posted. Have a terrific Thursday.
Now THIS is a handy TT! Bookmarked for when I need it.
So very helpful, I am printing it out. Thank you.
Thanks for the list! I just printed it out and will post it on the fridge. My girls have been in baking mode for the past little while. Happy T13!
Thanks. This is useful. Happy TT!
Doy! Of course 16 Tbs would equil 1 c. I don't know why that had me stumped for so long.
BTW, that raw to cooked doesn't always hold up. Probably close enough, though.
I love cooking T13s :-)
Fun post - I didn't know about the meat thing. I use most of the others, though.
This is a GREAT reference and a GREAT blog! Love it!
This year I taught the liquid measures using Mrs. Gallon. (I posted the picture on my blog at http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/skeen/649058/ along with some links to help teach liquid measures.) Never heard of the meat one though. :)
that is really helpful. i am definitely going to keep this in my kitchen.
A handy list. Most of them are well entrenched in my memory, but I didn't know the honey or the diced meat. A good list to have around!
