I've been doing better as far as menu planning, but I'm not quite as organized as you. We've been eating low-fat again, so finding recipes that don't use butter or lots of oil or cheese has been a challenge. Dave gets tired of chicken, but he won't eat fish at home. We have to go out to eat fish.
